200130-N-XX139-0014 PENSACOLA, Fla. (Jan. 30, 2020) Subject matter experts from the cryptologic technician (networks) (CTN) community and the Navy Manpower Analysis Center discuss CTN rating tasks during an occupational standards review workshop at the Center for Information Warfare Training at Naval Air Station Pensacola Corry Station, Florida. The occupational standards review process breaks down core job scope, job definitions, jobs, functional Areas, tasks E4-E7, and skill and abilities for each task. It serves as the basis for all Navy CTN rating professional development and is critical in providing the baseline for building Navy accession-level training, and directly supports rate training manuals, non-resident training courses, personal qualification standards, course curricula and advancement exams.
