200124-N-JM114-1903 DILI, Timor-Leste (Jan. 24, 2020) Builder 3rd Class Sierra Hall, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 Detail Timor-Leste, uses a magnesium float to spread wet concrete around to fill any imperfections for the two-room schoolhouse in support of the National Institution of Health in Dili, Timor-Leste. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
