200113-N-AD086-1003 SANTA RITA, Guam (Jan. 13, 2020) Builder 3rd Class Joseph Cantoral, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, Detail Tinian, uses a reciprocating saw to ensure bracing is the correct length at the newly constructed Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5 boat storage facility. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
