Meyer, a recruit division commander (RDC) assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN) in Newport, Rhode Island, induces remedial physical training to a student with Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 08-20 for improper wear of the Navy working uniform (NWU) during a uniform inspection, Jan. 10, 2020. The inspection marks the first time students are authorized to wear the complete NWU since arriving to OCS.
