Diamond, assigned to Commander, Navy Installations Command force protection, checks the identification and bags of CNIC civilian employees at the Washington Navy Yard, Jan. 9, 2020. Directed by U.S. Fleet Forces Command, CNIC is conducting random anti-terrorism measures, such as bag and ID checks, at building entry points.
