(Jan. 9, 2020) A U.S. Naval Academy midshipman conducts a simulated T-6B Texan II flight on a newly installed virtual reality trainer at the U.S. Naval Academy during aviation selection night at Dahlgren Hall. In a partnership with Chief of Naval Air Training and Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, the trainers will give midshipmen selected for aviation programs an opportunity to gain proficiency in T-6B procedures before arriving at flight school.
