151104-N-BT947-337 BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei (Nov. 4, 2015) A student from SMARTER Brunei, a center dedicated to helping people of all ages with autism, dances during a performance featuring both the U.S. 7th Fleet Band's contemporary music ensemble Orient Express and the Royal Brunei Navy Band during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2015. CARAT is a series of annual, bilateral maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
