Photovoltaic Project
110712-N-WJ771-003 NAVAL AIR STATION MERIDIAN, Miss. (Nov. 7, 2012) An employee with Atlantic Contingency Constructors, LLC installs a photovoltaic solar panel on the roof of the Fire and Emergency Building at the flight line as a part of a $1 billion global contingency construction contract made possible by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
