140117-N-VN372-002 OKINAWA, Japan – (Jan. 17, 2014) From left, Chief Construction Electrician Chance Agnew and Builder 3rd Class Caleb Esparza from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 stage a generator used to power different hand operated tools atop a ridge near White Beach Naval Facility. Agnew led a team of 13 Seabees who volunteered to help remove a boulder dangerously perched above one of the primary access roads connecting the Heshikiya District to White Beach.
