On January 12, 2010, a magnitude 7.0 earthquake strikes Haiti. The U.S. Navy is a key contributor to Operation Unified Response, which delivers more than 2.6 million bottles of water, 2.2 million food rations, 17 million pounds of food and 149,000 pounds of medical supplies.
