E8 FTS changed from 9.44% last cycle to 7.66% (-1.78 percentage point change) this cycle, with 54 quotas.

E9 FTS changed from 29.63% last cycle to 21.70% (-7.93 percentage point change) this cycle, with 23 quotas.

SELRES advancement opportunity slightly declined at the senior paygrades this cycle, but this is the result of the normal variation that occurs among advancement cycles.

SELRES advancement opportunity and quotas by pay grade are:

E-8 advancement opportunity changed from 11.30 percent last cycle to 9.06 percent (-2.24 percentage point change) this cycle, with 174 quotas.

E-9 advancement opportunity changed from 11.31 percent last cycle to 9.11 percent (-2.20 percentage point change) this cycle, with 41 quotas.

Overall, the total number of communities with advancement opportunity increased demonstrating that advancement opportunity remains strong and steady for SELRES at the senior paygrades.
