NORFOLK (Dec. 6, 2023) Marines assigned to the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) decorate a gingerbread house on the mess decks aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1), Dec. 6, 2023. Wasp held a gingerbread cookie decorating event for Sailors and Marines. Wasp is in Naval Station Norfolk participating in Amphibious Squadron/MEU Integration (PMINT) during Integrated Phase inspections and assessments in preparation for a scheduled future deployment.
