JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (Dec. 15, 2021) Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Dallana Arzola-Caldera (left) and Equipment Operator 3rd Class Alvis Frederick deliver clean laundry from the Halsey Terrace Community Center to the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) Child Development Center. The Halsey Terrace Community Center is one of four locations providing laundry services to those affected by the current water-related health and safety concerns. The JBPHH water quality recovery is a joint U.S. military initiative working closely with State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Honolulu Board of Water Supply, U.S. government and independent organizations to restore a safe water delivery system to JBPHH military housing communities through testing, treatment, and repair.
