190226-N-ZI635-001 ROTA, Spain (Feb. 26, 2019) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, Delta Company, cover the piping of a new military working dog facility at Naval Station Rota, Spain. The project serves to provide a safe and effective facility to hour and train military working dogs. NMCB-133 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations.
